From Installation to Show: Bloom Stage at LaLaLa Festival 2026

LaLaLa Festival 2026 took place on 22–23 August 2026 at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta. Among the festival’s four stages, Bloom Stage stood out through its circular structure and a visual presence that shifted from daylight to night. Linevolt handled the Bloom Stage scope from pre-event installation through operation during the shows.

Preparing Bloom Stage

The work began before the audience entered the festival grounds. During installation, the Linevolt team worked within the stage production workflow to ensure the systems in our scope were installed and ready for use. Every task had to align with the stage structure, production schedule, and the operational needs of a large-scale event.

From installation to show operation

Linevolt’s responsibility did not end when installation was complete. Throughout the festival, the team continued into the show-operation phase. This transition mattered because the stage systems needed to remain consistent across the performance schedule while responding to real production needs on site.

Bloom Stage by day and night

The project documentation captures Bloom Stage in two distinct conditions. In daylight, the truss structure, circular screen, and audience layout are clearly visible. At night, red lighting and screen content transform the stage into a strong visual focal point within the festival. Together, these views show how one stage needs to remain legible across different lighting conditions and atmospheres.

One workflow from setup to show

For Linevolt, Bloom Stage was an end-to-end project within the installation and operation scope: arriving before the event for setup and remaining with the system throughout the live shows. This approach maintains continuity between technical preparation and the real requirements of show operation.
